  2. ========

  4. This Plug-In for Adobe Photoshop (>=2.5.1) allows the user to drive an
  5. Apple OneScanner or Color OneScanner.  Version 0.1 was wildly hacked
  6. together in a moment of frustration with the Ofoto/Photoshop juggling process,
  7. this version (1.1.1) is improved in serveral ways:
  8.  
  9. * Faster 300dpi colour scanning
  10.  
  11. * A "Preview" button
  12.  
  13. * Mouse-selectable scanning area
  14.  
  15. * Invert option
  16.  
  17. * R/G/B sensor select for greyscale scans on Color OneScanners
  18.  
  19.  
  20. What to do:
  21.  
  22. * Move the "OneScan v1.1.1" file to your Photoshop Plug-Ins folder
  23.   (and remove OneScan v0.1 if you already have it)
  24.  
  25. * Start up Photoshop
  26.  
  27. * Select "OneScan..." from the "Acquire" menu within the "File" menu
  28.  
  29. * Enter the dimensions of the required scan area into the "Scan Area"
  30.   controls or use the preview area to drag out a rectangle
  31.   
  32. * Use the "Preview" button to quickly scan the selected area to check
  33.   that you're happy with the selection
  34.  
  35. * Select the required resolution and type of scan
  36.  
  37. * If scanning in greyscale on a Color OneScanner, select whether you
  38.   want the scan done using the red, green or blue sensor individually
  39.   or all three combined.
  40.  
  41. * Select "Invert" to perform a "negative" scan
  42.  
  43. * Press the "Scan" button
  44.  
  45. * Wait a while...
